Corsa B Valeo Headlights

Sorry I do not speak German.
I have a Corsa B, and I got Valeo headlights like this:

I want to make them like the black smoked headlights (Painting the inside part black):



My question is, how can I remove the glass of the Valeo headlights without breaking them? anyone knows?

Hello!

This is very easy: you have to put this headlights into your home baking oven for approx 10-15 minutes and 90°C. Without lamps and engines . After 10-15 min you can remove carefully the glass from the rear part. But carefully: it's really hot, use gloves. When your painting job has been done, just put both parts (glass and rest) again for approx 10 min into the oven. And finally you can glue this parts with old mellow glue together. The old glue is good enough for 1-2 times of this baking . If not, use front window glue . It's really important to close the headlights very very good. In worst case you have a aquarium .

Or another way: just to buy this black headlights new on ebay....
